Why Mermaids? Mermaids are known for being strong, graceful, independent and for having a free spirit . They let their hearts and passions overrule their analytical minds. As humans I think we get stuck doing the opposite... letting our minds overrule our hearts. Why not try to take some of this magical spirit with you on and off the mat while in Montserrat?
